Orders & Payment
Orders will be confirmed upon receipt of non-refundable deposit, full payment shall be paid seven (7) days prior to shipment
Order changes can not be made after October 1st
Shipping & Claims
Product will be picked up at a Shatley Farms shipping point; unless other shipping arrangements have been made at time of placing order
Customer shall bear the risk and full expense on shipments made FOB Shatley Farms
Shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed
Shatley Farms must be notified of any claims or discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt of shipment, no claim shall exceed the purchase price of any item for which a claim is requested
Grading Specification
Grading of product will be performed using Shatley Farms grading standards and specifications for height, uniformity, density and color.
Butt pruning of trees is not required as standard specification, customer must specify if there is a preference. If there is no preference stated, butt pruning will be at Shatley Farms discretion.

Shatley Farms ships all products without warranty either express or implied; and disclaims any and all liability for damages including direct, indirect or consequential damages including those which may occur during final use by the consumer. Shatley Farms customers agree that Shatley Farms shall be held harmless of all claims that may arise.
